Auto Technology Scholarship

The High Desert A’s of Central Oregon Model A Club offer two $500 scholarships to high school seniors from the Central Oregon area planning to pursue post-high school training in an automotive-related field at any accredited trade or technical school, or two- or four-year college or university.  Qualifying fields of study include general automotive repair and maintenance, engine repair and remanufacturing, transmission repair and remanufacturing, auto body painting and repair, electrical systems, suspension and brake systems, etc.  Upon confirmation of enrollment in a qualifying program for the fall term following graduation from high school, the money will be disbursed directly to the school, college, or university to be used for tuition, books, and supplies.

Interested students must complete and submit applications to the High Desert A's Scholarship Committee. Applications must be accompanied by complete high school transcripts and two references. Application and reference forms should be available at area high school counseling offices, or they are available to download using the links below. Please note that applications must be complete and on time to be considered.
